Contact Us
We are glad you reached out. NBI Clearance Philippines exists to help Filipinos understand the NBI Clearance process, and reader questions, feedback, and corrections are what keep our content sharp.

Before You Contact Us
A friendly reminder that may save you time:
For anything related to your actual NBI Clearance application, payment, status, or HIT verification, the NBI Help Desk is the right place to reach. We cannot check your application, modify your record, or escalate your case. Those are official functions reserved for the NBI itself.
The NBI Help Desk can be reached at:
- Email: support@nbi.gov.ph or nbiclearance@nbi.gov.ph
- Trunkline: (632) 8524-8231 to 38
- Website: clearance.nbi.gov.ph
- Office Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
For passport-related or apostille questions, the DFA can be reached through dfa.gov.ph.

- Advertising and partnerships: contact@nbiclearanceguide.com
You can also use the contact form below. When sending a message, please include:
- Your name (or a name you go by)
- A working email address so we can reply
- A clear subject line describing your message
- Enough detail that we can understand your question or request
The more specific your message, the faster and more useful our response.
Response Time
We typically respond within 2 to 5 working days, depending on the volume of messages. Some questions can be answered more quickly. More complex requests (such as corrections that require research, or partnership inquiries) may take a bit longer.
We read every message we receive. If your message is time-sensitive, mention that in the subject line and we will prioritize accordingly.
What We Cannot Help With
Some requests fall outside what we can assist with. To set expectations:
- We cannot process NBI Clearance applications. All applications go through clearance.nbi.gov.ph.
- We cannot check the status of your application. Use your dashboard at clearance.nbi.gov.ph.
- We cannot resolve HIT cases or expedite your clearance. Only NBI staff can do this.
- We cannot issue refunds for NBI fees. Fees are paid to the NBI directly, not to us.
- We cannot provide legal advice for your specific situation. Consult a licensed attorney for personalized legal guidance.
- We cannot guarantee outcomes for visa applications, employment decisions, or other matters that depend on third parties.
If your message touches on any of the above, we will redirect you to the appropriate official source.
Anti-Spam Notice
We respect your time. We do not subscribe you to mailing lists without your explicit consent, and we do not share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.
When you contact us, we use your information only to respond to your message and, if applicable, to follow up on the matter you raised. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle personal information.

Important Reminders
Whenever you write to us:
- Do not share sensitive personal information in your initial message (such as your full NBI reference number, complete birthdate, or government ID numbers) unless we specifically request it for the purpose of responding to your question. Most general questions do not require this.
- Be cautious of impersonators. Our only official email addresses are listed on this page. If someone claiming to be us asks for payment, government IDs, or other sensitive information through other channels, it is not us.
- For urgent NBI matters, contact the NBI directly. We cannot escalate cases on your behalf.
Thank you for visiting [YOUR-SITE-NAME] and for taking the time to reach out. We appreciate every reader who helps us improve.
